leaders beyond border Summer Day Camp
In partnership with Atlas International Academy
Leaders Beyond Borders is a summer camp we are launching in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic,
designed to provide local children who typically don’t have access to such opportunities with
life-changing experiences. These children, many of whom face daily challenges that limit their potential,
often miss out on basic opportunities like sports coaching, creative expression through arts, and even
essential English language skills—things we often take for granted. That is why we are taking action.
Our program is designed to provide a holistic experience aimed at building leadership, confidence, and
skills for these children. This camp is more than just a summer experience. It is an investment in their future, one that will teach them that they matter, that they have the potential to succeed, and that they can achieve great things despite the obstacles they may face.
The summer camp will include:
- Creative Arts Workshops: Enabling personal expression and the discovery of hidden talents.
- Sports Coaching: Helping build teamwork and physical fitness.

Enrichment Clubs
Our Enrichment Programs are specifically designed to support students who have struggled with consistent attendance. These programs provide targeted homework help and academic support to ensure these students can catch up and stay on track with their peers.

Family engagement
If you are a school leader or a community-based organization (CBO) interested in bringing parent workshops to your school, please fill out this form, and we’ll get back to you.
These workshops empower parents with tools and strategies to support their children’s education and well-being. Topics include effective communication, academic support, and bullying prevention.
We also offer workshops focused on addressing low attendance, emotional intelligence, and other key areas to support your school’s needs.

The Building Young Leaders Program equips school leadership and CBO teams with essential tools and strategies to foster a supportive, emotionally intelligent environment aligned with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). The program emphasizes emotional intelligence, proactive behavior management, and bullying prevention to create a positive school climate that nurtures young leaders.Â
This program is ideal for school principals, assistant principals, deans, counselors, social workers, PBIS coordinators, teachers, and youth workers involved in student leadership and bullying prevention initiatives.
